1. Production Assistant

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Job Type: Full-time, Entry-Level
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Production Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for film and TV production and a strong ability to multitask. As a PA, you’ll assist with coordinating shoots, managing production schedules, and handling day-to-day tasks on set.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the production team in day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate logistics for on-set needs.
  • Help with equipment setup, breakdown, and transportation.
  • Handle administrative tasks and assist with scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in film or TV production is a plus.

2. Creative Producer

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Job Type: Full-time, Mid-Level
Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Creative Producer to join our team and help lead exciting new projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the creative process in both film and digital content. As a Creative Producer, you’ll work closely with our directors, writers, and other creatives to bring unique ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creative development of projects from initial concept to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with writers, directors, and designers to refine the vision of the project.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to execute the vision.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Producer or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A strong portfolio of past work in film, television, or digital media.

3. Editor (Freelance)

Location: Remote
Job Type: Freelance, Contract
Job Description:
We’re looking for a talented and creative freelance Editor to join our post-production team. As an editor at Blue Ribbon, you will work on a variety of projects, including films, TV shows, and digital content, ensuring that each project is polished and tells a compelling story.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into cohesive, engaging content.
  • Work closely with directors and producers to meet the creative vision.
  • Review and refine footage based on client feedback.
  • Maintain organized files and deliver edited content in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Strong storytelling ability and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with a variety of content types (film, TV, commercials).
  • Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines.

Internships
